Michael Looks at the Shadow Side
Michael was very aware of the ways in which facilitators could slip into disfunctional attachments to their work. He called it the "shadow side" and was as relentless about looking at his own as he was calling those of us in his facilitation training on ours. I did this drawing in 1980 going through the IA Facilitation training.
